Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Talent & Organization professional to help clients design and deliver Change Management, Learning Design and Development, Organizational Analytics and HR Transformation. You’ll work across industries, co-create solutions, and coach junior team members, traveling globally as needed.

You’ll collaborate with an international team in a fast-paced environment where English is the common language, and you’ll contribute to practice-building efforts such as recruiting and training

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience driving HR change management programs.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting/professional services experience for a Manager role.
• Experience in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration or Organization Effectiveness is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Discover stakeholders’ challenges and define a Change Management strategy.
• Leverage social and digital technologies in change management and communications.
• Assist clients in developing their change capability and becoming more agile.
• Co-create solutions and conduct user reviews, and run stakeholder meetings.
• Conduct Change Management Impact Analyses and create treatment plans.
• Implement strategies to adopt new business processes.
• Support Change Measurement via a Change Readiness tool.
• Collaborate with HR Transformation on HR Systems implementations (Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday).
• Work with an international team where English is the common language.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to practice-building activities such as recruiting and training.
