Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, incl. change impact, stakeholder engagement, communications, training/adoption, and change measurement.
• Experience delivering OCM workstreams in transformation programs, preferably consulting.
• Familiarity with Target Operating Model, org design, workforce planning, and AI-enabled workforce transformation is a plus.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Craft and deliver HR Transformation solutions based on client needs.
• Lead the team to develop employee experience journeys, personas and roadmaps.
• Develop HR Shared Service solutions and organisational change management approaches.
• Deliver tailored change management strategies aligned with technology context.
• Lead program and project management for deployment of workforce solutions.
• Contribute to practice development and go-to-market initiatives.
