• Support complex HR Transformation programs and design new employee experiences and HR operating models.
• Translate client needs into implementable business solutions for long-term success.
• Design new HR processes and run stakeholder review sessions and meetings.
• Define future state digital HR ecosystems with HCM/Experience platforms and AI solutions.
• Assist clients in selecting fit-for-purpose HR technology that aligns with HR/Talent strategy.
• Help deliver Digital HR Transformation programs and deploy an integrated digital core.
