Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Communications, Psychology, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of Change Management, Organisational Development or Project Management with hands-on responsibilities.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide business or technology transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of change management strategies, plans and deliverables.
• Ensure activities align with milestones, objectives and deployment schedules.
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Identify, map and analyse key stakeholders across organisational levels.
• Develop and execute stakeholder communication and engagement plans.
• Establish and manage Change Champion networks to support adoption.
• Plan and coordinate training programmes, materials and assessments.
• Monitor change adoption, stakeholder engagement and readiness.
• Support project governance, progress tracking and reporting.
