Job summary

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support transformation and technology projects across client environments in Malaysia. The role focuses on helping organisations and their people adopt new processes, systems and ways of working through effective change management, communication and training strategies.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in Organisational Change Management (OCM), preferably within large-scale transformation or technology projects.
Experience supporting SAP or other enterprise system implementations is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness assessments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Organisational Change Management strategies and plans for transformation and technology projects.
Work with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to understand impact of changes.
Conduct change impact assessments and identify stakeholder engagement needs.
Create communication plans and materials for change initiatives.
Coordinate training strategies, materials, and sessions for impacted users.
Support go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation adoption activities.
