Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Penta Consultancy Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Change Management professional in Kuala Lumpur to drive business and technology transformation initiatives.

The role requires designing and implementing change plans, assessing impacts, and engaging stakeholders across the organisation. Responsibilities include crafting communication strategies, building Change Champion networks, coordinating training, and monitoring adoption metrics to ensure successful change outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Communications, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Change Management, PM, or Organisational Development.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide business or technology transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in CIA, stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and change readiness assessments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
• Certifications: Prosci, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are a plus.
• Experience supporting Microsoft, SAP, ERP, HR, Finance, or Digital Transformation programmes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report change adoption, stakeholder engagement, readiness, and behavioural metrics to evaluate change effectiveness.
• Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure change activities align with project milestones and business objectives.
• Support project governance, progress reporting, and documentation throughout the change management lifecycle.

• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
• Prosci, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications will be an added advantage.
• Experience supporting Microsoft, SAP, ERP, HR, Finance, or Digital Transformation programmes is preferred.
