Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, including hands-on delivery of change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training/adoption, and change measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead OCM delivery workstreams with strong technical depth.
• Engage with client stakeholders and manage day-to-day relationships.
• Develop change strategy, impact assessments, and adoption plans.
• Deliver clear communications and training design for adoption.
• Support readiness assessments and resistance management.
• Contribute to proposals and business development when needed.
