Job summary

Accenture Malaysia is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily OTC process operations in Subang Jaya. You will monitor performance against targets, ensure SLAs with clients, and drive service quality across the delivery team.

You will facilitate Change Requests, build team succession, provide a holistic view of service delivery, and serve as a clear escalation path for client inquiries. This role requires strong operational oversight and commitment to client satisfaction.
