Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Fluency in Japanese and English, including Business Writing and communication
• Familiar with F&A outsourcing operation
• Rich client facing experience
• good at communication with client
• High responsibility and dedication on work
• Overtime may be required during peak periods
• Non-standard hours may be required

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily OTC operation.
• Manage daily ops performance and SLA targets.
• Improve client service satisfaction at management and end-user level.
• Facilitate Change Request (CR) processes.
• Build team succession and ensure effectiveness.
• Provide a holistic view of service delivery to the client.
• Escalate issues to the client and drive resolution.
• Support contractual projects for the client with the project team.
• Initiate and own continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure unit compliance with Accenture policies.
• Collaborate with OE support for excellence.
• Solid operations management including SLA.
• Basic contractual/change management knowledge.
• Strong client interaction skills.
• Problem solving for unstructured issues.
• Handle service-related problems with SDL.
• Attend project meetings and MOS reviews.
• Assist SDL in cost control.
• Support hiring, development and performance coaching.
• Develop people and sustain delivery.
• Maintain client communication and expectations.
• Drive innovation and client value creation
