Job summary

Accenture in Kuala Lumpur seeks a result-driven operations professional to supervise the OTC process daily and manage performance against service targets. You will ensure SLAs with clients, drive client satisfaction at management and end-user levels, and facilitate change requests.

The role requires 4–5 years in accounting/finance, fluent Japanese and strong English writing, plus client-facing experience. Overtime may be required during peak periods, with adherence to Accenture policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (4–5 years relevant experience).
• Fluent Japanese; English skills including business writing and communication.
• Familiar with F&A outsourcing operation; strong client-facing experience and communication with clients.
• High responsibility and dedication; overtime/non-standard hours may be required.
• Overtime/peak periods may require non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily OTC operations and manage performance against targets.
• Meet SLA with client and ensure client satisfaction at management and end-user level.
• Facilitate Change Request processes and provide escalation route for issues.
• Support ad hoc contractual projects and drive continuous improvement within area.
• Ensure compliance with Accenture policies and procedures for the unit.
