Job summary

Yokogawa Electric (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Order Management Executive to process orders and related transactions accurately in SAP and other systems, while ensuring compliance with company policies and business requirements. You will review requests for completeness and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with experience in order management or shared services

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Order Management, Sales Operations or a Shared Service Centre environment is preferred.
• Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Good understanding of Order Management, business processes and commercial requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clarify requirements and work effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities

• Process Order Management and related business requests accurately in accordance with business requirements, company policies, procedures and applicable compliance requirements.
• Review requests for completeness and clarify requirements with relevant stakeholders where necessary.
• Process orders and related transactions accurately and in a timely manner using SAP and other relevant systems.
• Follow up on pending matters and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues or exceptions.
• Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on Order Management processes and requirements.
• Maintain relevant SOPs, process documentation and work instructions, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Support audit requirements, system testing, implementation and other ad-hoc activities as required.
