Businesslist is establishing a new Order Management and Customer Service team in Malaysia. You will manage customer orders in SAP, serve as the main contact for enquiries, and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth fulfilment.

You’ll monitor orders, resolve issues, and maintain data accuracy while supporting migration and continuous improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes strong communication, regional collaboration, and a customer-focused mindset

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Sales Support, Customer Operations, or Order-to-Cash (OTC).
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Hindi, alongside English, to support regional customers and stakeholders.
• Experience within a multinational corporation or shared services environment is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals, with multiple opportunities available as part of a newly established and growing team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer orders and ensure timely and accurate processing in SAP
• Act as the key contact for order-related enquiries and issue resolution
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve fulfilment and delivery issues
• Maintain accurate customer and order data within internal systems
• Support migration, process transition, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure service levels and operational targets are consistently achieved
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across the region
