Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is looking for a driven undergraduate intern to support our Commercial Reporting & Analysis function in Kuala Lumpur. You will help consolidate retail data, prepare reports, and assist with supplier and store documentation while coordinating with multiple stakeholders across channels.

Key tasks include updating door-level performance, supporting market reviews, and creating management-ready Excel/PowerPoint outputs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with data and numbers.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to follow through on assigned actions.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Interest in beauty, retail, consumer goods or commercial operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support consolidation and analysis of retail performance data, including sales, transactions, traffic, conversion, AST and UPT.
• Prepare and update door-level, retailer and channel performance reports and presentation materials.
• Support new customer and door-code creation, including preparation and tracking of required documentation.
• Maintain accurate store information, including SAP door codes, addresses, retailer details and outlet information.
• Assist with retailer/channel projects, store visits and market reviews.
• Consolidate store information, performance data and supporting materials into management-ready Excel and PowerPoint outputs.
• Assist with vendor registration, supporting documentation and payment-related administration.
• Support commercial and company events through guest-list coordination, logistics, vendor follow-up and documentation.
• Travel & Team Coordination: Support business travel arrangements and documentation where required.
• Provide general coordination and administrative support to ensure timely completion of Commercial team activities.
