Job summary

HS AeroSystem Sdn. Bhd. in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a business development professional to drive aerospace bids and customer engagements.

You will coordinate cross-functionally to prepare commercial proposals, review long-term agreements, and support negotiations with Tier 1/2 and OEM customers. The role requires 2-5 years in aerospace business development or related fields, with strong English communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years relevant working experience in business development/sales, key account management or project coordination in aerospace manufacturing.
• Proven exposure to Tier 1/2 or OEM customers with technical-commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Good understanding of AS9100 and Nadcap aerospace standards.
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes (Sheet Metal Fabrication, CNC Machining, Welding, Surface/Heat Treatment, Assembly).
• Strong communication and analytical skills; able to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal functions to prepare bids, RFQs, RFPs and commercial proposals.
• Support reviews and negotiations on LTAs, NDAs and MOUs.
• Undertake customer purchase order and contract reviews.
• Provide updates to senior management on sales pipelines, forecast and business risks.

Job responsibilities:

Working with Internal Functions to prepare company Bids, RFQs, RFPs and commercial Proposals.

Support reviews and negotiations on long-term agreements (LTAs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and Memoranda of understandings (MOUs).

Undertake Customer Purchase Order and Contract Reviews.

Provide updates to Senior Management on Sales Pipelines, forecast and business risks.

Support the superior on business development initiatives and activities.

Job requirements:

2-5 years relevant working experience in business development/sales, key account management or project coordination in the aerospace manufacturing industry or related.

Proven exposure to Tier 1, Tier 2 or OEM Customers including handling of technical-commercial discussions and negotiations.

Good understanding of aerospace standards such as AS9100 and Nadcap.

Good understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes such as Sheet Metal Fabrication, CNC Machining, Welding, Surface Treatment, Heat Treatment, Assembly, etc

Good communication and analytical skills.

Undertake RFQs, costing exercise or contract negotiations independently and or in collaboration with croos functional teams.

Resourceful and no afraid to lead and can be a great team player.

Competent in spoken, reading and writing in English, and able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese would be an added advantage.
