Job summary

Picogen Industry Sdn Bhd in Butterworth, Penang, is seeking a proactive Sales/Operations Support professional to prepare quotations, process orders, and liaise with production to meet delivery dates.

You will respond to inquiries in Mandarin and English, coordinate documentation (Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoices), and assist in exhibitions. The role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) to communicate with clients from China.
• Strong communication skills for fast-paced coordination and high responsibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations based on customer specifications and technical requirements.
• Process customer orders and generate Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Liaise closely with the production team to monitor order progress and ensure meet customer delivery dates.
• Assist in coordinating and supporting local and overseas exhibitions as needed.
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
