Job summary

Exentec Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment Manager to oversee the end-to-end process across Penang and Shah Alam. You will ensure orders translate into production plans, maintain the master schedule and drive on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional activities, identifying risks, and improving order visibility, planning and fulfillment processes. Strong ERP/MRP experience is required.

Job description

The Order Fulfillment Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive support across both the Penang and Shah Alam locations, ensuring seamless business operations at all times.

I. DAILY TASK

a. Monitor all customer orders against committed delivery dates.

b. Review order status covering Engineering, Procurement, Materials, Production, QA/QC and Shipment.

c. Conduct daily/weekly order fulfillment reviews.

d. Identify delays, shortages and delivery risks.

e. Coordinate recovery actions with relevant departments.

f. Update order status and delivery forecasts.

g. Coordinate shipment readiness and logistics requirements.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Own the end-to-end order fulfillment process from customer PO to shipment.

b. Ensure customer orders are accurately translated into production requirements.

c. Maintain the master order fulfillment schedule.

d. Coordinate cross-functional activities to achieve on-time delivery.

e. Identify and elevate risks affecting delivery.

f. Drive recovery plans for delayed orders.

g. Ensure materials, production capacity, documentation and logistics are aligned with delivery requirements.

h. Improve order visibility, planning and fulfillment processes.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

a. Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related

field.

b. 7+ years of experience in order management, production planning, supply chain or manufacturing operations.

c. Strong understanding of manufacturing, procurement and production planning.

d. Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

e. Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

f. Experience in engineered-to-order or equipment manufacturing is preferred.
