Job summary

Exentec Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment Manager to oversee the end-to-end process across Penang and Shah Alam. You will ensure orders translate into production plans, maintain the master schedule and drive on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional activities, identifying risks, and improving order visibility, planning and fulfillment processes. Strong ERP/MRP experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in order management, production planning, supply chain or manufacturing operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing, procurement and production planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order fulfillment from customer PO to shipment.
• Ensure orders translate into production requirements.
• Maintain master order fulfillment schedule.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to meet on-time delivery.
• Identify and elevate risks affecting delivery and drive recovery plans.
• Improve order visibility, planning and fulfillment processes.
