Job summary

SF Global Express (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics coordinator to review and process customer orders, monitor order status in Chinese chat groups, and manage shipment exceptions. The role includes creating warehouse order waves and ensuring accuracy of labels, packing lists, and invoices at CJ LOGISTICS Bukit Raja Distribution Centre in Klang, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process customer orders, including order release and distribution.
• Communicate effectively in Chinese, monitor customer inquiries about order status in group chats, and provide timely updates.
• Verify, resolve, and follow up on shipment exceptions reported by customers.
• Create warehouse order waves according to different order types.
• Print and verify shipping labels, picking lists, packing lists, and commercial invoices to ensure all documents are accurate and properly matched.
• Monitor customer sales orders, especially time-sensitive shipments, including order transmission and outbound dispatch, to ensure delivery within the required timeframe.
• Collect warehouse operational data related to assigned customers and prepare the relevant reports.

Job description

1. Review, verify, and process customer orders, including order release and distribution.

2. Communicate effectively in Chinese, monitor customer inquiries about order status in group chats, and provide timely updates. Verify, resolve, and follow up on shipment exceptions reported by customers.

3. Create warehouse order waves according to different order types.

4. Print and verify shipping labels, picking lists, packing lists, and commercial invoices to ensure all documents are accurate and properly matched.

5. Monitor customer sales orders, especially time-sensitive shipments, including order transmission and outbound dispatch, to ensure delivery within the required timeframe.

6. Collect warehouse operational data related to assigned customers and prepare the relevant reports.

1、负责订单审核，下发等操作；
2、懂中文，及时关注群里客户对订单状态的查询并及时反馈客户，负责客户反馈的异常发运订单的核实、处理与跟进；
3、按照订单类型负责仓库订单波次的创建；
4、负责仓库面单、拣货单、装箱清单及货物发票的打印及相互匹配；
5、负责客户销售订单监控特别是时效产品订单的监控，包括订单推送的监控、发运出库的监控，确保订单在时效内交付；
6、负责仓库对应客户仓储业务数据的采集及相关报表的填报。
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm
Working location: CJ LOGISTICS BUKIT RAJA DISTRIBUTION CENTRE, NO. 12, PERSIARAN ASTANA / KU2, BANDAR BUKIT RAJA, 41050 KLANG, SELANGOR.
