Job summary

SD Dream World Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support outbound activities, ensuring compliance with procedures and accurate delivery documents. The role involves coordinating with the warehouse and customers, updating records, and assisting with related tasks.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred and ability to start immediately is valued. Based in Kajang/Balakong Cheras, the position requires SPM or equivalent, and a strong focus on inventory management and problem solving.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent required.
• Independent and can work with minimum supervision.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel).
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English; Mandarin preferred.
• Familiar with inventory management concepts and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
• Willing to work in Kajang/Balakong Cheras and start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 3PLs follow procedures in outbound warehousing.
• Prepare and verify delivery orders and packing lists for delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse and customers on shipment status.
• Update delivery records and incoming shipment details regularly.
• Assist with related duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsible for ensuring that 3PLs follow all procedures and processes in handling outbound activities in the warehouse.

Prepare and ensure the accuracy of the delivery order, packing list, and customers for delivery arrangement

Coordinate and communicate with warehouse and customers on shipment status, ensure smooth transition of shipment delivery.

Update delivery records and incoming shipment details on a regular basis.

Assist in any other related duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.

Independent and can work with minimum supervision.

Computer literate (able to handle Microsoft Word, Excel etc)

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, MANDARIN, English. Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in MANDARIN) to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleague & customer.

Is well versed with inventory management concepts or thinking.

Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.

Applicants must be willing to work in Kajang/ Balakong Cheras.

Able to start work immediately.
