Shiok Collection in Seri Kembangan, Selangor is seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Assistant for full-time, on-site work. You will process daily online orders from platforms like SiteGiant and Shopee, handle returns and refunds, respond to customer inquiries, and monitor stock levels for timely restocking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily online orders from online platforms (SiteGiant, Shopee, etc.).
• Handle returns and refunds.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Monitor stock levels on shelves and perform timely restocking.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.

• Able to work overtime during double digit sales (e.g. 10.10, 11.11, 12.12).

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in e-commerce platforms such as: Shopee, Sitegiant, etc.
• Experience in handling returns, refunds, and customer service queries professionally.
