Shiok Collection in Seri Kembangan, Selangor is seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Assistant for full-time, on-site work. You will process daily online orders from platforms like SiteGiant and Shopee, handle returns and refunds, respond to customer inquiries, and monitor stock levels for timely restocking.

Qualifications

• Must have Malaysian citizenship.
• Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates welcome to apply.

• Able to work overtime during high-sales periods (e.g., 10.10, 11.11, 12.12).

Responsibilities

• Process daily online orders from platforms (SiteGiant, Shopee, etc.).
• Handle returns and refunds.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Monitor stock levels on shelves and perform timely restocking.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
