Job summary

Boon Meng Electrical Sdn. Bhd. in Rawang, Malaysia, is looking for a proactive team member to support day-to-day e-commerce operations.

You will assist customers through Shopee/Lazada/official website with order placement, tracking, cancellations and returns. You will coordinate deliveries, prepare delivery orders and invoices, update shipment statuses daily, and handle ad-hoc duties. Proficiency in English and Chinese typing and good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required;

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Chinese keyboard typing (Pinyin input capability is a plus).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delivery orders and invoices for customers.
• Update shipment statuses in the tracking system on a daily basis.
• Must be able to assist with any ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
