Job summary

Mexpower Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Warehouse Assistant to handle online and offline orders, manage stock, and support inventory control in Shah Alam.

You will perform order processing, scanning, packing, stock checks, counts, and data entry, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Education as stated: PMR, SPM, STPM or Diploma.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable using simple computer systems.
• Able to perform basic data entry and operate barcode scanners.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Warehouse, e-commerce, packing or inventory experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process online and offline orders, including checking, scanning, and preparing items for packing.
• Perform product and parcel scanning using the Company system or scanner.
• Pack products accurately and securely according to Company requirements.
• Check incoming stock and verify quantities against records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate stock records.
• Report discrepancies, damaged or missing items to the Manager.
• Perform basic data entry related to orders and stock as required.
• Complete tasks accurately within the required timeframe.

Job description

This is a full-time warehouse and order fulfilment position involving the handling and processing of online and offline orders, stock management, and inventory control.

Key responsibilities

Handle and process online and offline orders, including checking, scanning, and preparing items for packing

Perform product and parcel scanning using the Company's system or scanner

Pack products accurately and securely according to Company requirements

Check incoming stock and verify quantities against the relevant records

Conduct regular stock counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock records

Ensure products and parcels are properly handled and organised

Report any discrepancies, damaged items, missing items, or other stock-related issues to the Manager

Perform basic computer data entry related to orders and stock when required

Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required timeframe

About you

Education: PMR, SPM, STPM or Diploma

Basic computer skills and comfortable using simple computer systems

Able to perform basic data entry and operate barcode scanners

No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Previous experience in warehouse, e-commerce, packing, order fulfilment, or inventory management is an advantage but not mandatory

Good attention to detail, particularly when checking products and quantities

Physically fit and able to perform packing, stock handling, and stock counting activities

Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Able to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately within the required timeframe
