Job summary

Bruker Malaysia is seeking a Sales Administration professional to manage the end-to-end sales order process and related back-office activities. The role involves coordinating instrument and software requests, ensuring timely logistics, and supporting post-sales service and stock orders.

You will collaborate with regional sales, planning, R&D, export control, manufacturing and finance, using SAP and Salesforce CRM. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations roles with supply chain understanding is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience operating SAP and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall sales order process (OTC) and related administration.
• Process instrument/software/upgrade requests and logistics as back office functions.
• Coordinate and prepare shipping documents for global shipments; support post-sales requests.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regional sales, planning, export control, manufacturing and finance.
