Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operation Support, Fund Administration (OPSU) to lead a team delivering production support and continuous improvement of processes for fund administration across Europe clients. Based in IOI City, Putrajaya, you will train staff, oversee technical-functional topics, and ensure high quality service delivery.

You will drive improvements, manage projects end-to-end, and coordinate with production lines to optimize workflows and reporting.

Responsibilities

Project Management - manage deliverables, schedules, requirements, tests and trainings.
User assistance and support to the OPSU team and other CACEIS units on new products, services and complex portfolios.
Production tracking and monitoring flows; address malfunctions and take corrective actions.
Quality and management of business processes; maintain knowledge bases and documentation; drive continuous improvement.
