Job summary

As Assistant Manager, Fund Distribution Services you will oversee dealing, reporting and settlement processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Transfer Agency or financial services in an operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities for Dealing, Reporting and Settlement including validation.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of transactions per procedures and SLA/KPI.
• Coach team members on technical aspects and escalation procedures.
• Monitor workloads and ensure governance during distributions and ad-hoc requests.
• Ensure daily cut-offs adhere to SLA and that tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform quality checks and provide back-up relief during high volume periods.
