Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, seeks an Assistant Team Manager for Middle Office to supervise daily MO operations and drive process improvements. The role collaborates with IT, Risk, Compliance and business units to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.

You will coach team members, manage capacity, and maintain SOPs while upholding governance and high‑quality service to institutional clients across Europe and APAC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in relevant operations roles.
• Experience in trade validation and exception handling.
• Familiarity with trade lifecycle in a high‑volume environment.
• Knowledge of accounting, portfolio reporting and database processes.
• Hands‑on experience with transaction validation in financial services.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Manager in daily MO operations.
• Coordinate shift scheduling, leave, and capacity planning.
• Coach and develop team members through training and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation for continuity.
• Escalate data flow issues and collaborate with IT and Risk.
• Support KPI reporting and incident trend analysis.
• Ensure compliance with policies and audit readiness.
