Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, part of the global asset servicing group, is seeking an Assistant Manager, OPSU in IOI City, Putrajaya. You will lead a team supporting production, apply process improvements and handle business-quality reporting, while coordinating technical-functional topics for the business line.

The role requires 3–5 years in fund accounting or business application support, strong VBA/Macro skills and fluent English, with a results‑driven mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in

Qualifications

Post-secondary education with an accounting/finance concentration or equivalent.
Typically 4–6 years of related experience in Fund Accounting processes and/or Business application support processes.
Propose improvements in terms of organisation, process, tool, etc. on the basis of a thorough analysis to increase quality and performance or reduce risks of malfunctions.
Manage a project from start to finish by defining and implementing all the resources necessary for its success in keeping with the quality/cost/time requirements.

Responsibilities

Project management: deliverables, schedule, training materials and related documentation.
User assistance and support to the production team and other CACEIS units.
Production tracking and monitoring of flows; address malfunctions and implement fixes.
Administer and update knowledge bases and process documentation for the business line.
