Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, a leader in asset servicing, seeks a Senior Client Operations Officer to manage and oversee client transactions, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely settlement. The role emphasizes compliance, reporting, and client service in a dynamic financial environment.

Based in IOI City, Putrajaya, the team supports fund distribution, custody, and related services for European clients, with a focus on operational excellence and standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business field.
• 2+ years of related experience in fund operations or transfer agency.
• Good knowledge about Fund/Trust Industry and Financial Markets.

Responsibilities

• Process client operations according to procedures.
• File instructions and manage archives/folders.
• Record/post operations to client accounts and update records.
• Coordinate with internal units to execute client instructions.
• Produce/update activity reports for management.
• Assist onboarding of new clients and address client requests.
• Maintain compliance with fraud, AML, and terrorism financing controls.
• Document activities and alert line managers of issues.
