Job summary
Rentokil Initial (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to join our team in Shah Alam.
The role combines Excel data analysis with stakeholder collaboration to review branch performance, optimize processes and refine SOPs. Training and support from the Operations Team will be provided. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration with 1–2 years in numerical analysis, or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Business Administration or related field.
- 1–2 years in numerical analysis environment or fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin/Cantonese an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Data entry, data compilation and cleansing for migration projects.
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Review operational performance with branch teams and assist in SOP refinement.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and meet deadlines, including weekend work when required.
