Job summary

Integra Water Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking an organised Operations Executive to keep day-to-day activities running smoothly, with a focus on accurate data entry and timely reporting. You will coordinate between teams, customers and suppliers, and help improve processes while ensuring reliability.

The role requires strong English, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel; familiarity with SQL Accounting is a plus. 1–3 years of experience in operations are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the daily service report summary, gathering information from different platforms and consolidating it into a single, accurate report.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry into our systems and spreadsheets, and keep records up to date.
• Prepare regular operational reports (daily, weekly and monthly), and check data for errors or inconsistencies before submission.
• Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, order processing and follow-ups with internal teams.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain operational documents and records.
• Monitor inventory, project progress and service performance, and flag issues early.
• Support compliance and documentation needs (e.g. certifications, audits, licences).
• Assist management with ad-hoc tasks.
