Job summary

MTR SOLUTIONS (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented administrator in Shah Alam to maintain daily operational data and records.

You will monitor parcel status, coordinate with Operations, Dispatchers and Riders, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

The role also involves handling customer complaints, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting management with basic data analysis and filing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily operational data and records accurately.
• Monitor parcel status, including pending, problem, return and delivery status.
• Follow up on pending or problematic parcels with the Operations Team.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Record and monitor customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up.
• Ensure all data entered into the system is accurate, complete and up to date.
• Assist management in preparing reports and basic data analysis.
• Coordinate with Operations, Dispatchers and Riders regarding parcel and operational issues.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of operational records.
• Perform other administrative duties and tasks assigned by the management.
