Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. is hiring for an F&B Operations role in Kuala Lumpur. The candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, food prep accordance with SOPs, and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a team, supervise staff productivity, and travel between KL outlets and outstations as scheduled, while maintaining halal standards and collaborating with management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations and food preparation follow company SOP.
• Provide high quality customer service and maintain conducive kitchen and dining areas.
• Collaborate with management and AEON management; monitor staff performance.
• Tally sales and stock daily; ensure halal matters and safety audits are addressed.
• Travel between outlets according to schedule and cover local and outstation outlets.
