SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive individual to oversee day-to-day operations and food preparation in line with company SOP. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and a strong knowledge of halal and food safety standards.

You will manage and motivate staff across multiple outlets, ensure quality and consistency, and travel between outlets as required. A Diploma and F&B background are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in any field and/or 1 year of related experience is required.
• Strong background in F&B line; able to lead and work with a team.
• Excellent verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to liaise with diverse clients.
• Possess own transport and ability to travel between outlets.

Aufgaben

• Ensure day-to-day operations and food preparation follow the company SOP.
• Provide high-quality customer service.
• Keep kitchen and dining area clean, safe and comfortable.
• Collaborate with management and AEON management.
• Monitor staff productivity and performance.
• Tally sales & stock analysis daily.
• Handle halal matters (pest control & audit) and assist in food safety audits.
• Attend customer complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Shift work and schedule arrangements; travel to outlets as required.
• Based in KL outlet with potential outstation travel.
