Job summary
SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking an Operations Support professional in Malaysia (Ipoh) to ensure day-to-day food preparation and service run smoothly, in line with company SOP, while delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting outlet teams.

Qualifications
- Diploma in any field and at least 1 year of related experience.
- Strong background in F&B with leadership and team-player attitude.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Own transport and willingness to travel required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure day-to-day operations and food preparation align with SOP.
- Provide high-quality service to customers.
- Maintain clean, safe kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with management and outlets.
- Manage staff productivity and performance.
- Travel to various outlets as scheduled and cover local/outstation sites.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed.
