SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking a dynamic Operations Leader based in Kuala Lumpur to ensure day-to-day food preparation and service run smoothly in line with SOPs.

This role offers growth in a fast-paced F&B environment with a supportive team and regular outlet travel. You will lead a team, monitor productivity, manage inventories and hygiene compliance, and liaise with management and outlet partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• Strong background in F&B with leadership skills.
• Mature, professional, and capable of dealing with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and food preparation per SOP.
• Provide high-quality customer service.
• Ensure kitchen and seating area are safe, clean, and comfortable.
• Lead staff and monitor productivity/performance.
• Travel to multiple outlets as scheduled and cover local/outstation locations.
• Address customer complaints and provide feedback to ensure satisfaction.
