Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. in KL outlet is seeking an Operations Support role in a fast-paced F&B environment.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure food preparation aligns with SOPs, and deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining a clean, safe dining area. You will lead a small team, monitor staff productivity, and work shifts across multiple outlets with travel between outlets. Diploma holders with 1 year experience, strong leadership, and multilingual communication

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field and/or at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong background in F&B with leadership, independent and pleasant personality
• Maturity to deal with staff and customers professionally
• Good command of verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Must possess own transport for work and be able to work long hours and travel within states

Responsibilities

• Ensure day to day operations and food preparation are carried smoothly in accordance with company SOP
• Provide high quality services to customers
• Ensure kitchen and sitting area is conducive, safe and comfortable
• Collaborate with management and AEON management
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Manage and monitor staff productivity and performance
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Travel outlet to outlet as scheduled; cover local and outstation outlets
