Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive supervisor to oversee daily F&B operations, ensure quality service, and manage staff across KL and outstation outlets. You will travel between outlets, uphold SOPs, and collaborate with management to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include a Diploma and at least 1 year in a related field, with strong leadership, communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, and a willingness to work long hours and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field and/or 1+ year in a related role.
• Strong background in F&B and leadership qualities.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations and food preparation meet SOP.
• Provide high-quality customer service.
• Maintain clean and conducive kitchen and dining areas.
• Coordinate with management and AEON outlets.
• Monitor staff productivity and performance.
