Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, a cornerstone of asset servicing in IOI City, Putrajaya, seeks an Assistant Manager for Depository Operations Services – PERES Operations. You will supervise daily transaction management activities, ensure timely processing, uphold SLAs, and coach junior staff.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in transaction management or custody, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in accounting or finance, strong communication and analytical skills, and exposure to automation tools such as VBA or Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s in accounting, finance or related field
• Minimum 4 years in relevant Transaction Management/Custody operations
• Experience in Transaction Management and/or Custody and/or Business Administration with fund structures

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise daily Transaction Management administration and ensure accurate, timely execution of processes
• Adhere to SLAs and coach GG10 & GG12
• Perform quality checks or second-level validation on team outputs
• Monitor deadlines, escalate issues to stakeholders and clients as needed
• Maintain escalation protocol to Management for operational issues
