Job summary

Talent Recruit is representing a well-established leisure group seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Sungai Long Kajang to oversee daily park operations and guest experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on safety, and the ability to manage diverse teams in a dynamic environment, including weekends and holidays. You will coordinate with maintenance, ensure guest satisfaction, and report to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience.
• Experience in theme parks, attractions, hospitality, or entertainment venues preferred.
• Hands-on leader, proactive, able to handle high-pressure situations.
• Will ing to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Able to respond quickly to operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the theme park and facilities.
• Lead operations staff, ride operators, and support teams.
• Ensure safety procedures and standards are followed at all times.
• Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for ride safety.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Prepare basic operations reports and daily updates for management.
