Job summary

Only World Group in Johor Bahru is seeking a Park Manager to oversee the Jungle Gym outlet’s daily operations, including retail, food & beverage, and customer service. You will coordinate with maintenance, F&B, and service teams to ensure smooth functioning and profitability.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience in theme parks, FEC, hospitality, or high-volume F&B, with strong leadership, scheduling, and safety compliance. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in theme parks, FEC, hospitality, retail or high-volume F&B.
• Strong leadership, staff coaching and team management capabilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outlet operations across retail, F&B and customer service.
• Hire, train, and manage staff; develop and implement schedules.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain health, safety and food-handling standards.
