Job summary

Only World Group in Malaysia seeks a dynamic hospitality operations professional to oversee venue opening, daily workflows, and guest safety across our water theme parks and attractions. You will lead a supervisory team, manage cold‑chamber operations, hygiene standards, and incident resolution, while driving service quality, cross‑selling opportunities, and regular management reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism & Park Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and supervisory experience in high-volume entertainment or hospitality settings.
• Strong audit discipline and adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
• Clear communication and teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

• Drive venue profitability by sourcing, organizing, and executing group bookings and events.
• Monitor guest spending and service quality to maximize cross-selling and promotions.
• Oversee end-to-end daily opening, operations, and closing workflows.
• Maintain cold-chamber equipment, temperature monitoring, and guest safety protocols.
• Enforce hygiene, housekeeping and safety standards across guest zones.
• Interview, onboard, and train new team members on SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Schedule and supervise floor supervisors to cover peak shifts.
• Lead pre-shift huddles to align on targets and priorities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and month-end operational reports for senior management.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements for cost efficiency and guest satisfaction.
