Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience.

As part of their expansion, they are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager (Theme Park & Attractions) to oversee daily park operations, ensure smooth guest experiences, and manage operational teams at their site located in Sungai Long, Kajang.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the theme park to ensure smooth functioning of all attractions and facilities.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate operations staff, ride operators, and support teams.
• Ensure safety procedures and operational standards are strictly followed at all times.
• Respond quickly to operational issues, emergencies, or guest concerns and resolve them effectively.
• Monitor park performance, visitor flow, and service quality to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Work closely with maintenance and technical teams to ensure rides and equipment are functioning safely.
• Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Prepare basic operations reports and daily updates for management.

Requirements:
