Job summary

GAME ON THEMEPARK is seeking a Theme Park Manager in Kuala Lumpur to oversee daily operations, including attractions, ticketing, and guest services. You’ll lead staff, enforce safety procedures, and drive park presentation while coordinating with HR and management on staffing and improvements.

The role focuses on delivering a high‑quality guest experience, managing schedules, handling feedback, and supporting achievement of monthly targets through effective operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the theme park.
• Ensure smooth operations of all attractions, activities, ticketing, and customer service areas.
• Lead, supervise, and monitor staff performance and discipline.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
• Ensure all safety procedures, SOPs, and company policies are followed.
• Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and overall park presentation.
• Prepare staff schedules, attendance monitoring, and manpower planning.
• Work closely with HR and management regarding staffing and operational matters.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and operational improvements.
• Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving monthly targets.
• Prepare operational reports and updates for management.
• Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all customers.
