Job summary

GOLDEN TOP SECURITY DOOR SDN. BHD. is seeking a capable Operations professional to oversee daily logistics, service teams and Sales Admin.

You will coordinate delivery schedules, service jobs and customer orders to ensure smooth operations, while monitoring performance and progress across departments. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations, Logistics or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication and Excel skills, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Operations, Logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience; operations or team supervision preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and solve day-to-day operational issues.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

About you

Responsible, organised, proactive and able to work independently

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Experience in manufacturing, service, logistics or related industries will be an advantage
