Job Responsibilities

The Operations Management Specialist plays a key role in supporting global FinTech business operations by ensuring smooth workflows, accurate documentation, and effective coordination across departments and external partners. Reporting to the Lead, Partners Support Team, this position acts as the operational backbone connecting Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in day-to-day processes.

The Executive manages daily operational tasks such as partner account setup, workflow monitoring, data validation, and issue resolution across multiple internal systems. The role is responsible for maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reports, and operational documents to reflect current practices and compliance standards.

Collaboration is central to this position. The Executive facilitates communication between internal teams and coordinates with global partners—including merchants, distributors, and resellers—to ensure timely documentation, resolve inquiries, and support operational alignment across both Global and China markets.

A proactive mindset is critical, as the role requires identifying process improvement opportunities, assisting in project initiatives, and supporting business development activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Daily Operations & System Management
  • Perform day-to-day operational tasks and provide support for account setup within internal systems
  • Monitor and manage operational workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across multiple operational platforms
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize operational documents, including forms, SOPs, guidelines, and performance reports
  • Create and update documentation to reflect current processes and best practicesGenerate regular and ad-hoc reports for management review
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and others to ensure smooth internal workflows
  • Facilitate communication between departments to resolve operational challenges
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions
  • Support project initiatives that require multi-departmental coordination
Partner & Client Coordination
  • Coordinate with global partners including merchants, 3rd party distributors, master resellers, and RGDH platform resellers
  • Collect required materials and documentation from clients in a timely manner
  • Address partner inquiries and provide operational support as needed
  • Support both Global and China Market partner operations
Process Improvement & Administrative Support
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in operational workflows and support the implementation of effective solutions
  • Provide administrative support and assist in ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Support special initiatives and business development activities as required
Pre-Requisites
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field
