MHA Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Liaison Executive in Klang Valley to act as the operational bridge between bank branches, legal partners, and field runners. You will ensure accurate case tracking, documentation, and timely compliance submissions.

Requirements include a diploma or degree in business administration, finance or law and 1–3 years in related roles. Willingness to travel locally and own transport are essential. A rewarding benefits package applies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business administration, finance or law is required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in bank branch operations, legal administration, conveyancing support, or field liaison work.
• Willingness to travel locally across Klang Valley and possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Branch Liaison: visit bank branches to submit clarification letters and lodge compliance reports.
• Case Masterlist Management: maintain the daily case tracking masterlist with accuracy.
• Runner and Vendor Coordination: coordinate schedules for urgent document deliveries and filings.
• Documentation Support: verify and prepare supporting documents for statutory declarations and filings.
