Arachem (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Coordinator to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly in a fully office-based role in Selangor. You will coordinate across Finance, Logistics, IT, Store and Customer Coordinators to resolve issues as they arise.

The role involves learning the full order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles, identifying improvement opportunities, and traveling to Indonesia for one week each month. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations running smoothly
• Learn full order-to-cash and procure-to-pay flow
• Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, IT, Store and Customer Coordinators
• Identify improvement opportunities and troubleshoot systems
• Understand ERP Sage 300 Accpac and CMS connections
• Travel to Indonesia for one week each month
• Bring HQ practices to Indonesia and implement SOPs
