Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics such as productivity and turnaround time.
• Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and updates for management.
• Identify performance gaps and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
• Oversee daily administrative activities supporting automotive operations.
• Lead and coach the administration team to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Ensure processes comply with SOPs and audit requirements.
