You will champion safety, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and develop staff through coaching. A strategic mindset and leadership excellence are essential for sustained performance.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in a leadership/managerial position in the same industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or related field; Masters degree in related field is considered as a plus.
• Experience in implementing and enforcing operational standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure service, productivity, and performance targets are achieved.
• Plan and allocate resources to meet operational demands and delivery commitments.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs, driving efficiency while maintaining service quality.
• Oversee warehouse operations, storage utilization, and workflow processes.
• Support adoption of new technologies and operational tools to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and company policies.
• Lead, coach, and develop operations teams to achieve high performance.
